Maggie McCallum has always been a lover of stories, of both those that are written and those that are performed. She loves to tell stories that reflect her own life experiences and help readers understand different perspectives. Maggie’s stories are filled with emotion and humor that will keep readers engaged and captivated. She also enjoys using her writing to explore complex topics such as mental health, identity, and relationships. Her work aims to provide readers with a safe space to reflect on their own lives and find comfort and understanding.  

 

Maggie McCallum is devoted to reminding readers that magic is lurking just around the corner. She enjoys intertwining old folktales with the present day and giving those historic legends a new twist. What began as a midnight hobby after her kids went to bed has transformed into a full-blown passion.

 

A Northerner born and raised, she currently lives in the South with her husband and two children. When not chasing her two young boys around, Maggie enjoys planning vacations that she can’t afford, watching trashy reality television, and imagining that she is living in Europe.
